Walking dead definition problems

Hi, i've been playing for a while in the lowest definition settings and when i tried in high settings it looks like this :Attachment not found. some help?

    Please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_(pc|mac).zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    I am also having the same problem and I read about the support_tool reply. Any help would be appreciated. I attached what was found and images from the game. First in High than in low -

    Dedicated Memory: 249 MB

    The problem is most likely caused by your integrated graphics chip.
    Installing a recent discrete AMD/Nvidia graphics card should help.
