have i been robbed?

basically last night i downloaded "the walking dead - full game" on xbl for 400 mp, having seen the free trial, i assumed it to be episode 1 and the 4 other episodes also 400mp, once i completed episode 1 however i was told i need to "get" following episodes, which baffled me as i had downloaded "the FULL game", is this an error on my part or have they fucked up and taken my money?, any help appreciated

I don't know how exactly it was advertised, but what the case for the XBLA is that episode 1 is the "game" and episodes 2-5 are "DLC" for the game. The full game is about $25, which 400 mp being around $5, so you only paid for one episode.

If I were to guess, what you saw as "full game" was just the way it was labled on XBLA because of how this game was done.

that makes sense, im just unhappy that they have left it labeled as the full game rather than just episode one, i think they were hoping people would trip up, seeing as ive jusy handed 400 mp on something that is now free.

The Walking Dead isn't free for Xbox Live Arcade. It's still 400 MSP. They also aren't false advertising, it's the full game as opposed to the trial game (which is also available, as is required by XBLA games). In the description it's advertised as "episode one of a five-part game series", and the other episodes are listed as being 400 MSP each.
