Five days is too much, I'm done.
Five days ago excited I bought all 5 episodes eager to play. So far I can only play episode 1, trying to move forward ends up restarting episode 1. For the past four days I've tried everything I could to get this game to work: Copying glitched saves, deleting, restarting, dashboarding, etc. Including everything on the Ultimate Fix post; although it was well done it did not help me. It's a sad day when the users have more game solutions than the actual developer. After five days of trouble shooting I threw in the towel. In the end I got a full microsoft point refund for all five episodes. If your fed up like me, I suggest you follow suit. Well that's my sob story for the day, hope you all have an awesome weekend.
Telltale: Before cranking out a product, it might be a good idea to fully test it before being released. Very piss poor and disappointing.

Your lucky, I bought the disc and waited weeks for the download codes to fix the hitching problem. They finally sent the codes only to now have the save problem and still cant play.
The store I bought the game from refuses the refund because the game is open and this joke of a company ignores me.
I paid this company for nothing but stress.
Ex) Save 1: Episode 1 Save 2: Episode 1
Attempted- Save 1: Episode 1 restart Save 2 Episode 1
(recopy episode 1 onto Save 1 and go back and forth until it starts. worked for me every time)
