How about some actual support from the company
I purchased the pack of episodes (2 through 7) for Law and Order Legacies from iTunes for the iPad. I was able to download episode 2, but cannot get the rest. It still reads "Coming Soon" for episodes 3 through 7.
Also, in my purchase history on the Tell Tale website, the purchase is not being shown.
I have emailed support on this a few times and have yet to hear anything other than the automated response that the email from me was successful.
This company may created enjoyable games, but the support is horrible. I would expect to be able to use what I have purchased instead of being ignored.
