I would like my money back

I have got to episode 3 and the game does not work I can not use switch 5 this is pointless and I'm very annoyed and want my money back for all 3 episodes I DO NOT WANT TO BUY THE REST.

Please tell me how to get my money back before I go down the road of finding out which governing body will get my money back as you are selling a product that does not work as intended !!!!!

    The issue with the train switches was fixed in the past.

    Did you get the Title Update when you started the game?
    It is possible that you didn't, read more about it here.

    Concerning a refund, you would have to request that where you bought the game.

    The issue with the train switches still happens not fixed its broken I download the game from Xbox live and have all updates before playing switch 5 does not work. Soo please understand it's broken

    And yes I will get a refund I'm not happy

    Your company has made a bunch of shit games they one good and fuck it up by making not work.

    We've recently resolved an issue for most regions where Title Updates were not prompting for download. This only affected new users who acquired the game between March 6th and 12th. If you acquired the gmae during this time period, please see this thread for more information.
