TWD Cutscene freeze

I've been with this issue for VERY long time and it hasn't been solved yet.
It happens in episode 5 when you have to jump from the bell tower at the Hospital Rooftop.
Right after when Lee jumps the scene freezes, but the moans of zombies still go on and I can't do anything and it kinda freezes my Mac as well (can't do literally anything, anything.)

I wonder how can I get this solved?

    Wish I could help, but it could be a lot of things. Probably the videocard though.
    Can you post some information about your system? Model, year, hardware, etc?

    That's probably the videocard.
    The Walking Dead recommended vRAM is at least 512 MB.

    But hopefully DjNDB will notice this thread and help you some more.

    I don't know if i can help much here.

    I agree that the VRAM could be an issue.
    Otherwise it's always worth trying to uninstall/reinstall the game in case of freezes.
    If that's not it, you can also try setting all graphics settings to minimum/off and reducing the resolution.

    It could also be a driver or hardware issues, since the entire system freezes.
