Monkey Island LP Allowed? + Sth. else

I am doing german LP´s and would like to know if it is allowed to LP that ...
I have Monkey Island Chapter 1.
I´ve read that it is allowed, but if I try to upload it, I get an message:
It says I have content from a third person, and the time and the name telltalegames. I already wrote a message to them.
Anyone offcial, who can help me please?
