TWD - episode 2 won't download, is refund possible?
Hi. After looking through the forum it does seem that I am not the only one dealing with this particular issue.
I purchased the entire game for MAC (paid the full $25) and played episode one fine. Now I tried to download episode two but the first time it reached over 60% before telling me there was a connection issue and that I should try again. Which is what I did 4 TIMES and still can't get past the 15% download before the game/application freezes and crashes.
I looked around and saw alternatives download but I can't find the file I'm supposed to delete/save and tbh I just want to play the game. I shouldn't have to download scripts, files, that are not even an official solution for something that I paid for.
At this point I am wondering if there is any way to get a refund? I tried to look on the site, in the purchase section but there is nothing, no e-mail to contact (unless I missed it) and nothing on the forum about it there.
