TWD Game Freezing - Episode 4

During episode 4 my game is freezing when the screen shifts to Lee climbing the attic stairs to get Kenny. Help! Attached is the PC Scan support tool info...

    Are you sure it's frozen?
    You have to control Lee with the keyboard (WASD) at that point.
