TWD Episodes 2-5 "Coming Soon"?

Hello everyone! I just recently downloaded the entire season of TWD and I heard that you can play ahead of Episode 1 (or Chapter 1) but when i try to, it says on all the episodes "Coming Soon". Can anyone explain why or how this happened?

    Where did you buy the game?

    Also, please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" or "support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    DjNDB, here is my support_data_mac.zip attached. Sorry it took so long. Just a lotta stuff on my schedule recently.

    The game seems to have trouble to connect to the internet.
    Please make sure it's not blocked by any firewall. You can also try restarting your router/modem.
