I am using windows 7 on a Dell xps laptop. I have downloaded Walking dead game 3 times and still get an error message everytime I open the game to play. What am I doing wrong? Please help....

    Where did you buy the game?
    What error message do you get?

    Please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    That's not working. Please upload the support_data_pc.zip file it created.

    Your laptop doesn't meet the system requirements.
    Further TWD is unlikely to work on integrated Intel graphics.

    You can try if updating your drivers changes anything, but chances are slim.
