[TWD] Downloading Error Report

I downloaded this game for my older computer and it downloads and installs perfectly fine. However when i open the game up it flashes white and brings up a microsoft/telltalegames error report. Help? Thanks!

    Please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" or "support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    The computer doesn't meet the system requirements for TWD.

    The integrated intel graphics chip is probably the main problem, but the old drivers could be problematic too.

    Installing an AMD or Nvidia graphics card might help.
