TWD: Episode 2 crash and Episode Download problems

Hello:

I am playing on a PC laptop that has the following specs:

Windows 7, service pack 1
AMD Turion II P520 Dual Core Processor 2.3 GHz
4GB RAM (3.74 useable)
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series

I have purchased the five episode PC version from Best Buy. Whenever I try and start Episode 2, the software crashes.

Also, whenever I try and download any of episodes three through five, the download percentage does not increase and errors out after about two minutes with no progress.

Suggestions?

I don't know what Best Buy offers. So that's a download version, not a disc?

Also, please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

The version I have include the first two episodes contained on the disc, and the other three need to be downloaded.
