Graphics and display issues with TWD

Hello, when I first installed this game I set all graphics settings on "low" or "off" and that caused pretty much anything white colored to be black (i.e. the Walking Dead logo upon start up, or after the intro to an episode, also the cursor or targets to click on) which led to a lot of guess work on where my cursor or targets were.

I just finished the season and am now playing through a second time, only this time I put all of the graphics options on "high" which enables me to see logos, cursors, targets and lots of stuff i didnt know were in the game, only now cinematic blood, trees, bushes, etc are surrounded by a black box. what gives? I updated my drivers and everything. also here is my support data:

    other than the black box issue, everything else runs perfectly,

    That's most likely an incompatibility with your 9 year old integrated graphics chip.
    I don't think there is a workaround, but installing a discrete AMD or Nvidia card should resolve it.
