TWD glitch issues

I managed to start this game but the ingame glitches are making it impossible to play, it's not fun with freezes every 10 seconds.

Files generated with support tools are attached.


Without the bloody compabillity mode I can't even start this bloody game.

    I managed to minimeze the freezes by changing all graphics settings to max. and changing screen resolution but it still freezes.
