Poker Night & The Inventory Won't Pass First Time Setup on Windows 8?

Hey Guys, I just preordered Poker Night 2 on Steam, and I was excited to try out Poker Night 1 so I started it. First Time Setup came up to install VCRedist (Again...) and the Setup window goes away, Poker Night 1 never boots up. PLEASE FIX THIS TELLTALE! PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TELLING ME THAT YOU GUYS DONT HAVE WIN 8 SUPPORT, SO PLEASE GET IT, AND HELP THE COMMUNITY OUT!

Don't worry, Fixed it, A dll was missing. You guys from Telltale, Keep up the good work, I LOVE THE GAME!

Hey Can you tell me what dll is it i also bought the poker nights 2 and can't play poker nights at the inventory

If I launch Poker Night directly from Explorer (bypassing Steam), I get an error message stating that d3dx9_41.dll is missing. After I extracted the appropriate file from the DirectX set up provided by Poker Night to the expected location (for me with Win8-64 bit, it was C:\Windows\SysWOW64), the game ran just fine.

@glandythorpe if you had to put that dll in your folder try running the setup at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35 you are most likely missing more than just that one dll. http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9123
