Can't play and no response.

I'm getting tired of waiting, telltale.

I bought the game over 2 weeks ago. Couldn't play it from the first 5 minutes. Nothing but lag, lag, lag. I paid for what? A game I can't play? I could have spent my money on a game that actually worked. Yet I bought this.

No big deal though, I searched google for a way to make it not lag, ended up on a page that said to email TWDCLAIM with some info for a download code, which I did the next day. Still no response 2 weeks later after a couple more emails in case it got lost/missed.

This is the biggest fucking scam. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. But it already seems there's been quite a number of complaints regarding this scam of a company.

I love how none of you bother replying to people. Just take the money and run, right?!

Never buying another game from this company again.

    I'm getting really tired of waiting...
    This company sucks. I don't care if the next TWD game wins another Game Of The Year award... I'm not buying a TellTale game EVER again.
    I'm also telling the problem to my friends who are willing to buy the game.
    Waiting for my code.
    And waiting for respect.

    What are your computer specs, if you're getting nothing but lag lag lag?

    Same here... Emailed both twdclaim and support but no answers at all... I thought Telltale was a big and serious company but I'm starting to doubt...
