The Walking Dead - Episode 2 won't load

Hi there,

I bought The Walking Dead game 5 days ago on Steam, I've completed the game once and now I'm trying to play it again and make different choices. The thing is when I complete Episode 1 and try to start Episode 2 a black screen opens where I can only move the mouse and I get stuck and forced to shut the game.

I read a few threads in the Forum and saw similar cases to my own. I also followed the guide about the Support Tool and I'm sending you the "support_data_pc.zip"

I appreciate your concern and I hope this gets sorted out soon.

    You have 2 active prefs.prop files.
    Please try renaming the prefs.prop in
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead\Pack\default
    to prefs.prop.bak, in order to deactivate it.

    If I'm having the same issue but on a mac how do i fix this?
