Episode 4 black screen

This is somewhat the same case with Episode 3, except all I'm currently getting is a black screen. Help?

    Please try deleting the "SyncFs" folder from
    C:\Users\Admin\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead\SyncFs
