Can't activate Season 1: Episode 1

Hi,

I received the email that new versions of the Season 1 were up. So I uninstalled the old ones and installed the new versions. I could activate every single episode except episode 1. Reinstalled again and still can't activate it.

It says CONNECTION_ERROR at the bottom

What's going on?

    Well, the fact that you're just seeing "Connection Error" with no text explaining the problem is a bug (but I thought we'd fixed that before rewrapping the season). Sorry. :(

    The connection error itself means that the game is having trouble talking to the activation server so it can activate. I'm not sure why you'd have this problem if the other episodes were okay for you, but if it doesn't go away you can activate manually. Click "No thanks, just take me to the demo" to bypass the initial login screen (if you see it), then click the "Already Paid" button and go to the Manual Unlock tab and follow the instructions.

    By the way, which version of the game is this? You should see a version number in the lower left corner of the window.

    It's ver 2.008.

    Yeah I did send send out the email but haven't gotten any response yet for the unlock code.

    Ah - okay, that looks fine. I got the impression from your post that you just saw a blank error box with the words CONNECTION_ERROR at the bottom (which was a bug we fixed in the past).

    I just checked the support system and see some old emails from you, but nothing recent, so I don't think your request came through. Could you resend the email please?
