Problem with The Walking Dead

Hi, I just bought The Walking Dead on Steam and when I try to play in episode 1 and 2, the game crashes and throws me to the desktop. Other episodes go without any problem and I can not play if I like it, but what's playing from the middle of the game, right? I would like to know how I can install these two episodes. Please help as soon as possible. : (

    Have you tried verifying the game cache files or uninstalling and reinstalling the game?

    Yes, I did it with 3-4 times and everything is still the same. I even tried to reinstall the Steam and nothing.

    I can't see what would cause that.

    Please check if you can see any related error reports in the event viewer:
    Start the game until it crashes.
    Follow these instructions on how to start the Event viewer.

    Open the "Windows Logs/Application" section.
    Open the search dialog by pressing CTRL-F.
    Search for walkingdead101.exe. If you get a result, close the search window.
    Right click the entry, select "copy the details as text", and paste them in a new reply.
    Press F3 to see if you get more results, and if so, copy them as well.



    Afterwards, please also try running the game during a clean boot, making sure your security software (e.g. Antivirus) is disabled.

    Booting clean in Windows Vista / 7:
    1. Click Start --> Type msconfig --> Press Enter
    2. On the General tab, choose Selective Startup
    3. Uncheck Load Startup Items
    4. Select the Services tab
    5. Check Hide all Microsoft services
    6. Click Disable all
    7. If running the game on Steam, re-check the "Steam Client Service"
    8. Click on OK
    9. Click Restart.
    10. After reboot, run the game to see if it works.

    After performing the necessary steps, restore your settings by doing the following:

    1. Click Start --> Type msconfig --> Press Enter
    2. On the General tab, choose Normal Startup
    3. Click Ok
    4. Click Yes, when asked to restart your computer
