XBOX 360 download problem for Borderlands 2 unlockables.

Hi there Telltale Games,

I've been playing Poker Night 2 on the XBOX 360 and have unlocked the Ash Williams content and Clap Trap content today.

The avatar items work perfectly but it won't download the skins/dlc for Borderlands 2. It says press X to download the Borderlands 2 content but when I press X nothing happens, no error message or anything! A friend of mine has the same problem and again with the content for Borderlands 2. He can't download it.

I hope you solve this problem soon.

i have unlocked all the borderlands skins in Poker Night at the Inventory 2 and i have signed up for shift in the borderlands 2 game and it says that i have unlocked them but when i play my game the skins are still not visible in the skin selection screen. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG!!!!!

If you have a Shift message saying you have unlocked the Borderlands item, but do not see it in game, please contact Gearbox Support at support@gearboxsoftware.com for further assistance.
