Order from the 20th Still "Shipping Soon"?

Hello,

I submitted an order in the Store (Placed April 20, 2013) and it is still marked as "shipping soon". Reading through the forums it seems like there are a few instances of orders not shipping out at all unless someone from Telltale follows up on it. Sent a message to the support email without a response yet, figured it can't hurt to post here too.
