region problem

Hello,
I have a problem with the unlockables for Borderlands2.

Every time I click "download" (in PokerNight2), I get the following error:
"Product is unavailable in this region"


Info:
I live in Germany, but I have the US-version of Borderlands2 (other DLCs working fine).
I wanted to avoid problems, so I bought "PokerNight2" from the US-psn.
I played the game with my german account and got this problem.
Then I tried it with the acouunt I used to buy "PokerNight2", same problem.
I even tried it with different System-Settings, but nothing changes.

    I have the same problem. I live in Germany and i have the US version of the game. I have won 2 Premium Themes but i can't download it.

    Your console and game version have to match to unlock these items.

    so I need to buy the game again from the german store to get the rewards? ... no thanks!

    could we just get a shift-code or something?
    Maybe a patch that removes the region-lock.

    It's not a region lock. If you have an EU account you can only access the EU store. The US version of the game targets the US store. You can try contacting Sony and they may be able to assist you with an exchange (though I'm not sure if this can be done between Sony America and Sony Europe purchases). However, only Sony can access your PSN account and purchase history.
