Trouble downloading rewards

Managed to win my first item in the game (Ash's Necronomicon) when attempting to download the rewards though, all that happens when I press the download button is the game goes straight back to the bounty page.

There is no download processed from this action and nothing I have tried has fixed the problem.

So far I have tried restarting the game, reinstalling the game and rebooting the PS3. Anyone have any suggestions?

Which region are you playing the game in? Were you playing the game offline when you won the item?

In the UK and nope, my console is always set to play online.

I have the same problem. I checked in Borderlands 2 and I have the bonus contents (even if I can't be sure because I've played with another character and can't check in game yet). But I can't get the PS3 theme cause they were no download screen in the bounty menu of PN2

Do you have to have Borderlands 2 to be able to get the Themes as mine doesn't work neither

i've since unlocked Brock's Orb and same again no download prompt
