Steam Launch Error 80?

Hiya, I'm trying to boot up Poker Night 2 to see if I can win GLaDOS' buy-in at last, but I keep getting a popup saying Steam Launch Error 80, and the game doesn't boot up. It was perfectly fine this morning. What's going on???

    Usually this occurs when the game is already running or hasn't been properly shut down. If you have shut down the game, try restarting Steam. As this is a Steam error message, if it continues despite the game being shut down, please contact Valve Support.
