Changing Shipping address on pre-order?

Hey there, I've got a pre-order on the Hardcover of Surfin' the Highway, but I'd like to know if it's possible to change the shipping address on it? Before I think it was possible to cancel the order from the account screen and just replace one, but I can't seem to see one now.

    We can't change the shipping address, but we can cancel the order and you can place a new one with the correct address. Please send an email to support@telltalegames.com with your order number and someone can get the order canceled for you.

    (Also it's never been possible for a customer to cancel your own order; we have to do it for you.)

    Because our system just isn't set up that way. We can't actually cancel the orders ourselves either; we have to ask someone at Digital River to do it.

    In most cases the order is prepped for shipping almost immediately after it's placed, so it can't be canceled anyway. The hardcover is a different case since it's not available yet.

    Are you getting my emails? The order has been canceled. Please check your PayPal account to make sure the refund has come through.
