Poker night 2 borderlands skins dissapeared

I have unlocked all the borderlands skins and they show up in the Shift Menu, but the zero skins no longer are available from the customization stations in the game.

I had a crash and needed to restart the game and after that the skins were gone, and it won;t let me redownload the skins. what should I do?

    If you have the Shift notification that your skins have been unlocked, then please contact Gearbox support at the following email address - support@gearboxsoftware.com
