TWD German Retail | Localization is missing

So here's the problem:
After installing the game, it properly launches with german menus as well as german subtitles; but if i leave and rejoin the game, everything shows up in english ...

Does somebody encounter this problem, too?
Any suggestions?

    I have no experience with the German retail version yet, so i can just try if i can find the cause.

    Please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" or "support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    I think that might be an issue with missing registry entries.
    Do you have multiple windows user accounts?
    If so, did you use a different account to install the game?
    Also, where did you buy the game?

    Yep, i have multiple UACs and I was installing the game with root privilegs.
    I bought the game wednesday at Saturn ...

    Finally you're right! If I launch the game with root privilegs everything works fine.
