Can't get a hold of anyone for help...

Hey guys, I've found via some searching that a lot of people are having issues with the Xbox retail version of the game when they own a Xbox Slim as I do. I've gone through the channels some sites suggest and filled in the form and took the photos so as to claim the electronic copy of the game. This was a few days ago now, and I'm quite angry that I'm down a fair bit of money while no-one is responding. Is there anything else I can do?
