Is it possible to disable Glados?

No idea why but Glados really pisses me off when I just want to play the game. I find the other people funny but I can't stand Glados. Any way to disable it?

    But is it really worth complaining about? Oh no, you have to listen to 3 seconds of unwanted dialogue every few minutes. There's got to be a better way.

    It would be more tolerable if you could skip her dialog with right-click as you could with the previous game.
