German Subtitles will not work (PC)

Hello there...

first of all my english is not very good.i come from germany...

i have a problem with "twd".
today i bought the game installed it,but the subtitles are in english...
in install options i choose german as language...
then i uninstalled the game reinstalled it again.this time i didnt close the installprogram after installation and play it right it ask me to create a shortcut and start the game...now the subtitles and menue was in german...
then i stop playing (go for lunch) and after i start the game, i see it is english again... :(

maybe someone can give me a hint what i can do to play it in german...
(i will not install it every time again... ;) )

    I solved that before for the German retail disc.
    It seems to be a registry issue.
    If you right click the game icon and select "run as admin" it should be in German again.
