PS3 The Walking Dead Season Pass - Episode 1

I previously had episodes 1 & 2 through PS Plus. Just before my PS plus expired, I bought the season pass while it was on sale. I ran into issues, but sorted out most of them by deleting everything (which was a mistake) and then managing to download episodes 2-5.

My problem is that I can't download episode 1, just the demo. I also do not see an unlock key/file in my download history from episode 1 when I had it while still on PS Plus. It is asking me for 4.99 for episode 1, even though that's supposed to be included in the season pass. All the other episodes (and the themes) I downloaded no problem.

Ideas?

It is behaving strangely for me as well after having E1-E2 on PS+ and then purchasing the rest. Episode 1 now indicates "Buy", but I have no idea why it would have suddenly disappeared and why they would want me to buy it. They are also encouraging me to buy the Season Pass, which I already have.

Worst of all, my saves have all or mostly disappeared, and I can't start Episode 3 from where I left off after E2. Luckily the original save file is in the PS+ cloud, but I don't know if that will help.

The unlock key associated with the episodes you acquired through PS plus may no longer be valid. You can check your purchase history and try downloading Episode 1 again. You should be prompted with 3 download files if you bought the Season pass. This includes the ep 1 game demo, the unlock key, and the theme.

If this does not resolve your issue, perhaps contact Sony Support to see if they can remove the PS plus purchase history for Walking Dead so only the Season Pass purchase is listed (this will also confirm you have the Season pass on your account).
