Can't play the game

when i launch the game, then i click "play" , but nothing happen, i couldn't start, so i can't play game:mad:, please help me, thanks !

    Where do you click "Play", in the Main Menu, or at the Episode selection screen?
    Does literally nothing happen, or does the game crash in some way?

    Also, please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" or "support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    I click "play" in the Episode selection screen , but nothing happen, and i couldnt click "Back" too.

    Does it work if you switch the game to windowed mode?
    Mac: Command + F
    PC: Alt-Enter

    No, it dont work when i switch to windowed mode :(

    That's odd. If you attach the information i requested earlier i can see if i can find something.

    The support tool was unable to determine the install location, so i can't check if all the files are in place.

    That implies that something might have gone wrong during installation, since the registry entry is missing.

    Further, there are savegames, so the game used to work before?
    What has changed?
    Also, where did you buy the game?
