The Walking Dead - ep 5 wont download

I have purchased TWD from this page (not iTunes), and now I have a problem..
Ep 5 won't download. It says: "you need an internet connection" etc.
I looked at the recently posted advise from a moderator about this kind of problems, but to be honest: I don't understand anything of it. (I'm not very technical..)
PLEASE help me! I'm using mac.
