Game save has me only completing thru episode 2

I downloaded the 400 days dlc today and when I went to play from my save file, it is acting like I have only completed through episode 2, when I have beat all five of the episodes from season 1. What can I do to restore my choices. This happened with a previous dlc episode and I don't remember what i did to fix it. I thought this was supposed to be fixed by your patches. I had to download patch 1.07 i think it was before playing and I am still getting these issues for whatever reason. Someone please help.

    Our most recent patches were to offer support for 400 Days and add foreign language support to the original 5 episode series. We tested existing save compatibility with 400 Days thoroughly to ensure existing save data would be recognized by the new DLC content. You mentioned having this issue before. Do you have ps plus and cloud saves enabled?

    No I don't have ps plus or use cloud saves. It has been a while since I last played the game. I think this happened before when I downloaded episode 3. It was acting like I never played episode 2. I think what I did before was use the rewind option to play the last scene from episode 1 and then everything seemed to sort itself out. I tried to do this now and it does not seem to help. I don't wanna have to replay episodes 3-5 just to experience the dlc. The choices are important and there is no way if I played now that I would do things exactly as I did when I played them last year. I also want my choices to carry over to episode 2 this fall.

    My brother has a save file in slot 2. Is that causing a problem. I don't see why having another save in slot 2 should mess up my save in slot 1.

    Also I just noticed that for some reason when I scroll to episode 1 there is no option for me to hit triangle to see my stats for that episode even though I completed it. That maybe why my save is acting up. I still don't understand why this seems to happen every time there is a new dlc released.

    It was episode 3, and doing that work around fixed it. I don't know why it has popped up again though. I don't see how my save would revert back to the save when I completed episode 2. I have read in other threads that even though it says it will generate random things that our choices should occur correctly as they are saved within the game separate from the save file. Is there a "previously on" vid at the start of 400 days that would enable me to see if my choices do in fact carry over?

    Your brother's save in slot 2 will not affect your save in slot 1.

    If you did rewind into Episode 1 and then continued to play Episode 3, your choices from Episode 2 would have been randomly generated. However, since you already finished through Episode 5, this may be a moot point and should not affect your current save. Please make sure you are logged into the same PS ID you used to play the full season as saves cannot be shared between accounts.

    I am logged into the same account but for whatever reason my save in slot one has a date of 6/29/12, when I know for a fact that I played and beat episode 5 last November in slot 1. Have other players reported this happening. I don't understand how my save would revert months back.

    The only instance of this we've encountered is when a local save is overwritten with an older cloud save or if the game does not save. Since you finished Episode 3, 4, and 5, you would have been prompted to use random choices in later episodes if it didn't save and most likely would have noticed if there were no autosave icons shown on screen during gameplay. If you are low on storage space on your hard drive, it may be possible the save would not be updated. Do you know how full your hard drive is?

    Lastly, please launch the game and check each episode to see if you have access to the Stats screen for later episodes.

    I have 71gb of hard drive space available currently so I know that is not the issue. It seems like it is pretty much deja vu. In that my save seems to have reverted back to the problematic save that I had last June right when trying to play episode 3. The game shows that I have episode 1 and 2 completed, and when I press continue it prompts me to start at episode 3. Episode 1 seems to be glitched just as it was last June because even though I completed the episode and can use the rewind feature, there is no option to press triangle and see my stats. Episode 2 does allow me to see my stats though. Episodes 3-5 have no stats whatsoever, and the game is acting as if I have never played them. I think at this point I am just going to start all over and try to make similar choices. Last night I copied my save to slot 3 and jump to episode 5 to see if things would be similar and things were much different than they were when I played them previously. I just hope that this issue does not happen again.
