Can't download 400 Days; originally bought through TellTale Store

Hi there,

I purchased the complete season of "The Walking Dead" from the Telltale Store when it originally was released.

I'm trying to download 400 Days as I'm very excited to play. But I keep getting an error message through Steam's website that "Your transaction failed because you are trying to buy 'The Walking Dead: 400 Days' which requires ownership of 'The Walking Dead'. Please correct the error and try again."

I have the game installed on my Mac and I've tried to put a shortcut through the Steam application to show it's there... not working.

Can anyone please help????

    I assume you have the TTG Store version installed.
    Since you bought it here, you get 400 days for free.
    You should be able to download it from within the game as soon as it's out.

    So, I go back to their website, followed the links for 400 Days to BUY and paid the 24.99 and downloaded what they put in. All I have is Lee/Clem game!

    I find no helps.

    My original download Direct-FTP-Full-6.9.1942.exe
    Today's purchase Walking Dead 100_v3_Setup.exe

    No matter how I try, I don't get anything...not my 'free' from my season pass or by a straight out purchase for 400 days.

    Support has always been notoriously slow to non-existent. I doubt I shall get a refund or the 400 days.
