Says i have no license attached to account

So im trying to get into the walking dead for the 400 days thing, i get in and click to continue, but it keeps saying that i dont have a walking dead license attached to my account, which isnt true.

Ive already played and beat the game before, and when i go into my games from the website the walking dead is there, so im not sure what the problem is.

    Same thing here, even though I played through season 1 and part of "400 Days." A big crash and a hard reboot has stopped me in my tracks.

    Still cant play and no idea what to try.

    I am having the same problem with my account. People have been having this problem for months, so I don't know why they haven't fixed it yet :/
