Purchased through TellTale website links 400 days

So, it shows up in my shopping cart as 'The Walking Dead' - I tought it should be named better than the first one - but trusted the link since it did take my money!

I downloaded it and can't play but the Lee/Clem. What I have is Direct-FTP-Full-6.9.1942.exe dated 19 June 2012 for the Lee/Clem

My new download is Walking Dead100_v3_Setup.exe but it plays as Lee/Clem

I never had the option to dowload from my season pass through the game (although ONCE) today, I had to sign in with my username and password.

I am quite unhappy.

What is "Direct-FTP-Full-6.9.1942.exe" supposed to be?

It also sounds as if you bought TWD season 1 a second time, thinking it was the 400 days dls. If that's the case i suggest you write to support@telltalegames.com and try requesting a refund for the second TWD season 1 purchase.

Normally you should see "400 days" downloadable in the games "download content" menu.

If that is not the case, please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

Support said they would refund, but I have no available downloads in my game.

You don't have the latest patches. It seems you used my workaround to disable them last year, but did not reenable them.

That's easily fixed by deleting the "Meta" folder from
C:\Users\TheHebe\Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead\SyncFs\

On the next start the game should automatically download the patches and show 400 days in the download content menu.

Thank you. Yes I had troubles that first time about! Glad it was much easier to get around this time! Though all my saved games were gone! No matter, may play them again with the grandkids.
