Cant make work own localization

So, There is one certain fan made translation for this game and its already compatible with 400 Days but It cant work properly on Telltale Store version of game. Only on Steam version. Its because of Telltale Store version is outsourced to Documents files and any file copied into Document file for Extra is instantly deleted after launch of game. So I cant actually use this fan translation. Dear Telltale. Is there any chance you could repair this and make it possible to add some files extra into Document files so game actually load them? Game ignores them in Game file it self.
Any hints or help from other experiencing this? (Telltale, anyone?)

    We do not allow any form of modification to the game data, including localizations not released by our company, as this violates the terms of our copyright. However, we have just released translations in multiple different languages.

    Well, I understand to this. But why are you then releasing modification tools? Because of you can say: "Hey, people, we made ModKit but you cant use it because it violates our terms."
    But ok, whatever.
