Logged in, game stays on title screen.

I launched the game, logged in, and it simply stayed at the title screen. I closed the window, relaunched the game, and it was still on the title screen. Solution?
Using Windows 7.

    Same for me. I can move the cursor, but the game does not start.

    If it's the Telltale store version, the game downloads some updates at that point which can take some time, depending on your connection speed.

    If it still doesn't work, please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" or "support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.
