Walking dead doesn't work, what about 400 days?

If I get 400 Days, will it fix my WD game? I have been having problems ever since episode 4, and I really want to finish.

    I am having the same problems, but I have been having them ever since I switched computers from windows 7 to vista. I am planning to get 400 days, but I don't want to get it, and then have it not work. I am currently working on re-instaling the game, and I will check the save game file later. I am wondering if there is anything else I can do to get help?

    I merged your post into your own thread.

    Please check if the game crash creates an entry in the
    event viewer in the "Windows Logs/Application" section.
    If so, right click the entry, select "copy the details as text", and paste them in a new reply.

    Also please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    Unless you have a vista version of event viewer, I cannot show you that. I do have the zip file though.

    Actually i updated the support tool a few hours ago to include the crash events automatically, so they are already in there.

    The main problem is your graphics chip.
    Intel graphics chips are not recommended and they don't work well with TTG's games.
    It looks like your graphics can not be upgraded, so TWD won't work an that computer.

    Thanks for the help. Hope to god that it still works on my old computer, otherwise we will have more problems I don't have the patience to deal with.
