Freeze in Episode 3 Mac on Steam <!spoilers!>

The game has been freezing a lot when I play it, but now it's at a point where I can't continue at all.

Its always at the same exact spot in the game. When the bandits come to the camp, the games freezes for a bit, and when it returns, I get shot by the bandit because I didn't take a dialog action in time. I can not get through this no matter what I do. I have taken the game to the lowest possible settings, lowest resolution, turned off steam cloud backup, etc.

The following is my Hardware overview, along with the zip files from the mac collection tool.

That's a bug that is discussed here now.
For now disconnecting from the internet should work around it.
