cant complete - storage device lost

i cant complete the game cause hen i get to the last chapter it says storage devices lost, how do i stop this from happening??

    If your on xbox it's a common problem; the only way i've found to stop it is to change my storage device to cloud storage. (you don't have to re install the game just select another storage device when entering the game)

    You have to replay the whole game to redo your choices (you keep your choices on the other device but you need to replay on the cloud). I know this isn't the best solution but you can at least complete the DLC/Game. :)
