Rewind/Play problem

Hi! I have a problem with The Walking Dead, when I launch the game and the load my save and then i scroll to episode 2,3,4,5 or 400 days and i click rewind or play button the game frezzes and nothing happens so i have to ctrl,alt,del to exit the game:( Never had this issue before. Even when i click a new game and then going straight to 400 days or episode 2-5 and i click play the game frezzes anyway:( I hope you really can help me!:)

    Please follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" or "support_data_mac.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    It doesn't show all the information. Where did you buy the game?

    I dont think my friend "bought" it, he downloaded it someplace:P I got this issue after i got 400 days:P Maybe he did something wrong?
