    Stinky "Granddaughter" is Satan. :)

    Cool Trailer guys.

Were you going for Darma Orientation video feel? It was very "Lost" at times.
  • edited March 2008
Lost of interesting stuff in the video, and lol at the 7 deadly sins :P

    right, envy was the best...

the trailer really reminds me on Being John Malkovich somehow

    Great stuff

Wow, even Hell has been taken in by corporate. Remember the simpler times? when it's just about the 'soul in, soul out' and there were no quotas or ranks or dress codes? (Heck, you can even show up at work wearing sandals!)

    Ah... happier times.

The way Jared names each of the deadly sins and his face when he got that token! Hilarious! :D

looks like it's nighttime in the streets... even darker than in season 1 episode 6

I found it funny - the way he is staring in awe, much like  but toned down.
(by the way, you might find this thread useful)

I am sorry you don't have a sense of humor but that doesn't make us dumb.

you're probably not gonna get very far in this forum with that attitude. also, just to clarify, I'm American, but I work for telltale, but I worked on the trailer... so where do I land on your dumb scale?

You land on the 'durrr...' section. ;)

Back on subject, in the trailer how was the Sam & Max in the window and the helicopter bit done? :)

It is taking every ounce of my self restraint to not let loose on that comment.

Looks like those anger management sessions really did pay off... heh.

If you're upset, I don't think you should suppress it. Here, I'll let it all out:

Hey, man! I think you're not good! I'll never be your best friend!

    There, that's better.

We used a bunch of stock photos (and one stock helicopter video) to compile that stuff. And through the magic of Photoshop and After Effects, we made a ridiculous trailer that didn't have to do anything with the game and took up about half our total time spent on that thing. But i think it was totally worth it. haha the statue of liberty is probably still Jake and my favorite thing about that. I crack up every time I see it.

Can anyone figure out what's the web address for the Midtown Cowboys motion picture advert? It's really fuzzy.

    Edit:
Oh wait, it just Nauseatinglycute.com from Reality 2.0
  • edited March 2008
Couldn't help it. Went to Nauseatinglycute.com. Got a good chuckle out of it. Y'need to make it a movie poster for "Midtown Cowboys: the Movie"(tm). If for nothing more than to really confuse those not in the know.
  • edited March 2008

    and all grown up!!
  • edited March 2008
no not timmy, "she" called him tyrone (if that even is mary two teeth, the voice sounds lower than mary's)

    Exact quote....
Tyrone: yeah its pretty *Beep* sweet
    Girl Rat: Tyrone!
here are the other lines from the gametap trailer for those who are hard of hearing (the compressed audio/video of that trailer looks/sounds like crap, i know)
Sam: i think unwittingly bringing about the apoclipse is a first for us little buddy

Jergen: dis is hell, danke for holding

    Max: Oi, dieablo
    Satan: *growl*
    Sam: man, satan's a jerk

Max: well if that doesn't help us get into hell, nothing will

    Yeah. Nah.
Edit: After viewing Dangerzone's below post and checking up on the correct spelling of Beelzebub, I can safely change my answer to 'Nah'. :D

Looks like the robot is up and running again!
