Huge graphic issues :(

i've purchased the game yesterday via steam but i have so many graphic issues that i can't play it
The Walking Dead 1-5 worked fine for me!
As soon as i start the game characters disappear/heads disappear/textures disappear.. when i start Vince's mission i can only see the bus but no characters. Pls someone help me out!
