Black screen when starting 400 days? [PC]

I just played through all the episodes again but when I got to 400 Days it just give me a black screen with the cursor and around 20-30 seconds of music, but I can't do anything and have to Alt+F4. Any idea what the problem is? I have tried validating and reinstalling.

    Please try renaming the prefs.prop in
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Walking Dead\Pack\WalkingDead106
    to prefs.prop.bak to deactivate it
