400 days not available in iOS

I've read that 400 days is available in iOS and it is also announced within the game. However when I tried to find it via "Episodes", I can only find the 5 episodes. There doesn't seems to be any update available either on the App Store. May I know how can I get the episode in my game? Do i need to replay all the 5 episodes? I'm trying to buy it in Singapore.

    I live in Egypt and my App Store account is set in Egypt and I cant find the DLC :( I can find it on Steam but not iOS. If you have a computer, but it on Steam :)
