TWD: Wont Luanch

Hey I just brought the walking dead and when i start it, It just goes into a black screen. Im not getting a menu or anything

    There's two things.
    Card name: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
    Dedicated Memory: 64 MB
    Driver Date/Size: 10/28/2008 09:25:44, 536576 bytes
    Your graphics chip doesn't meet the minimum requirements, and Intel graphics generally don't work well with TTGs games.

    Also your installation is incomplete. Most of the game files are missing.
